Volunteer Day 2019

In this year's edition of Volunteer Day, which takes place on 7 June, we have a challenge: teach schoolchildren how to create a more sustainable world through Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

ACCIONA volunteers will teach kids things they can do in their everyday lives to contribute to a better future for all. And you won't be alone: Bopi is here to help! Through games, crafts, activities, app… all guided! Sign up before 24 May.

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) enshrine a commitment not to leave anyone behind; we are counting on you to tell the little ones. And you won't be alone: Bopi is here to help! They will discover that, through their own day-to-day actions, they too can contribute to achieving the SDGs.

WHAT IS THE DAY OF VOLUNTEERING?

In this year's edition of Volunteer Day, which takes place on 7 June, we have a challenge: teach schoolchildren how to create a more sustainable world. ACCIONA volunteers will teach kids things they can do in their everyday lives to contribute to a better future for all. Games, an app, crafts... all guided!

This year, through games, crafts and activities, Bopi will help us explain to children, in two-hour sessions, how our work contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): efficient water management, renewable energies, zero inequality, fight climate change, etc. No experience needed — all you need is the desire to teach and learn with them!

Teach sustainability to children aged 6 to 10 at a school of your choosing. Don't know a school? We'll find one for you.

If it's the first time you have volunteered, you may not want to do it alone. That's fine—you can go with someone else. It'll be fun!
